We understand you’re busy, not lazy, so our services are designed to add light activity to your day, improve overall physical wellness, and focus on the 2 most important health challenges of our generation: sitting and sugar.

Physical wellness during the workday is not only important, it’s vital to physical wellness. Our videos allow you to take active breaks without having to change anything about your existing daily routine. You can do one every hour if you like. As a subscriber, you get unlimited access to our library of fresh videos.
Healthy eating habits in the workplace can be challenging. During the workday, finding snacks that require minimal effort, provide energy, and are sugar/calorie/and saturated fat friendly…can be really hard. We’re about providing ideas you can follow through on.

Creating good habits around water consumption is worthwhile. Our bodies are made up of close to 60% water. Water increases energy, relieves fatigue, promotes weight loss, flushes out toxins, etc, etc, etc.

The consumption of sugar is out of control. The core of any wellness program should include consistent attention to sugar. It’s everywhere. Controlling our intake of sugar, along with fighting a sedentary lifestyle, are the 2 most alarming health challenges of our generation.
YAYPO PILLARS OF PHYSICAL WELLNESS
Yaypo’s 4 Pillars of Physical Wellness are Health, Activity, Refresh, and Nutrients. Monday through Thursday, we curate and deliver a “bite-sized” tip (no more than 75 words) of wisdom/advice designed to help you with physical wellness. Friday is a review day that summarizes all the content for you.
